Oklahoma State - Impressive Win Against Nebraska - What About Texas?

The Cowboys came away with an impressive win this past weekend against Nebraska. They played hard with a come behind win putting up 28 unanswered points after falling behind. What do you think their chances are against Texas? If they play well, I think they may come away with an upset win.

Tough Year For OU

Any Sooner fan will tell you it has been a tough year. Despite all the set backs, OU is only 6-2 (not bad especially with that questionable Oregon game in there). Personally, I am impressed with all of the internal issues going on with the team that they are still putting together a decent season....

I can't figure out if they are hot or cold. One week they are blown out, another week they are looking real strong. Of course this week was against a hurting Seahawks team, but still, if they can get things together (especially when Trent Green comes back) this season might not turn out too bad.

Not to take anything away from TO, he had a good game, but Tony Romo just won his first start and he was chosen as NBC's player of the game. Why are we getting an interview with Owens instead of Romo at the end of the game. It seems to me that they always interview the player of the game at the end...

I have to admit...I thought taking the franchise from Bledsoe and giving it to Romo last week was a huge mistake...but after tonight, I think Romo proved me wrong. I thought he played well tonight and the Cowboys still have a chance this season.

Victory had some disappointments last year and this year they have a chip on their shoulder and they could be a very good team. I see them going far in the playoffs.

      According to ESPN.com OU dismissed Rhett Bomar and J.D. Quinn. The school said in a statement that the players violated NCAA rules by working at a private business and taking "payment over an extended period of time in excess of time actually worked."

      Nick Jones threw a no-hitter yesterday against Chicago State marking the seventh time that ORU has thrown a no-hitter. Oral Roberts University is looking good this year.

      Looks like the Sooners will be kicking off the Big 12 Championship by playing the No. 4 seed Aggies (Sooners are the 5 seed). It will be interesting to see who advances.
